Well, in true "second child syndrome" fashion, I'm behind on my updates so I'm combining the last two months. Asher turned 5 MONTHS on Friday July 12!
First, Month 4:

In Month 4, Asher's personality really started to come through more. He's such a happy, smiley boy.
We had a few milestones this month:
In early May, Asher started making a raspberry noise (sticking his tongue out and blowing) quite well. That tongue seems to be out OFTEN!

On May 23, we moved Asher into his own room! It was exciting to have our room back, but a little sad to have my baby all by himself downstairs! Asher had been breaking out of his swaddle, so a few nights later we started swaddling with one arm out at night. He did great and by early June, we stopped swaddling altogether.
On May 24, Asher rolled over from belly to back twice. He wouldn't do it again for almost 2 months...silly guy!
Around the 24th, we also heard giggles for the first time. What a wonderful sound!!
On May 28, I noticed Asher becoming much more intentional in grabbing his play mat toys and bringing them to his mouth! He definitely seems to be gaining control of those hands!
In early June, Asher started consistently taking a LONG (3 hour) nap around the same time as Maya's nap...yay for mom!
On June 1st, Asher had his first ride in the stroller "like a big boy" without his car seat! We went to the park and he fell asleep!
Asher also had a very important first outing!
June 9: first Mariners game!!! It was also sissy's first game and Brad and I's first game since moving to Washington. We didn't stay too long but had a great time!
He slept through most of it ;)

The last month with Asher has been fun! He's done lots of traveling and met lots of family and friends! He's had a few firsts along the way as well!
In month 5, Asher met...
Uncle Dan and Aunt Kathy! We had such a fun visit with them! Maya loved it and I did too! So thankful for them in our life!
Spokane cousins!! We loved spending a couple days with them and hope to go visit again soon!!
Uncle Matt! And Auntie Diana and other family members that I unfortunately, don't have pictures with :( We had a great trip to California to visit family and introduce Asher to lots of loved ones!

On to some firsts...
He started gnawing on my thumb! ALL THE TIME! I guess he's teething...which would be MUCH EARLIER than sissy who didn't cut a tooth till 13 months!
First time in a pool on June 19th! We took a little road trip to Spokane for dad's work and stayed in a hotel with a pool. Sissy loved it and Asher seemed to enjoy it too.
We got home the next day and Asher had his inaugural ride in the jumperoo on June 20th.
And in the bumbo on the 26th...such a chill little man!
Asher had his first flight to California on June 28th! He only fussed a bit and slept most of the flight!
While we were in California, Asher found his feet! He sure thinks they're pretty fun :)
Asher rolled over for the first time in well over a month! He's still not consistent with it, but is doing it more often. He's also rolled back to belly but that's more rare.
